First, let me say there are really cheap devices on the market. And, the old adage is very true in this industry. You get what you pay for. And, in some cases, you are charged an exorbitant amount of money and still do not receive a decent product.
Do Not use weights. You may think that by attaching a weight and letting you penis stretch is an effective way to make it longer....WRONG! You have no control of the amount or distribution of the weight and it will likely cause damage. Trust me you do not want to see what can happen to a man that has used weights....ouch.

penomet pump This is the best enlargement device for lots of reasons and the most important is that it's comfortable. Since it's going to be attached to the most sensitive part of your body for several hours a day, every day, that's an important consideration. You pay once and that's it.
You won't need to continually buy pills or creams while you're at it. You also don't need to undergo painful and possible damaging surgery and subject your body to questionable muscle enhancers. Once you buy your traction device, you put it on and forget about it until you are satisfied with the results.
The results are permanent. Unlike penile pumps, the results stay with you forever. And that, in the end, is what counts.
So the safest, the cheapest and the most comfortable option is to buy a penis extender and start enlarging from home right away. The product comes in discrete shipping so you don't have to worry about the privacy.
If you have the determination to stick with your goal here, you will receive optimum results. You will have to develop a day to day routine to stick this out in order to receive achievable the gains you are looking for with this penomet.
Yet another set of exercises will teach you how to control this added sensitivity through the use of certain seldom used muscles. Kegel exercise were originally designed as an aid to preventing premature ejaculation, but for us this is just an added bonus. The exercise itself can and will provide additional pleasure for your partner just as it has provided intense pleasure for US when women use it.
